Service-Based Refund Policy
Because our services involve time, expertise, and resource allocation, refunds are handled as follows:
- 100% refund if cancelled within 24 hours of payment AND work has not started.
- Partial refund may be granted if minimal work is completed.
- No refund once significant work has been delivered or resources have been fully allocated.
Non-Refundable Items
- Recruitment work once candidate sourcing starts
- Delivered code / software / automation setups
- Digital marketing services already executed
