Service-Based Refund Policy

Because our services involve time, expertise, and resource allocation, refunds are handled as follows:

  • 100% refund if cancelled within 24 hours of payment AND work has not started.
  • Partial refund may be granted if minimal work is completed.
  • No refund once significant work has been delivered or resources have been fully allocated.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Recruitment work once candidate sourcing starts
  • Delivered code / software / automation setups
  • Digital marketing services already executed
